University Professor I Of Counsel

Prof. Dr. Dr. Frauke Rostalski is Of Counsel to the firm and holds the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Philosophy of Law and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne. She contributes her expertise in criminal procedural law and commercial criminal law to the firm in selected cases. She is also active in prestigious committees on technology regulation, including KI-NRW and the Plattform Lernende Systeme. With this specialist background, she is driving forward advice on the increasingly important issue of AI compliance. Prof. Rostalski is a regular expert for the German Bundestag, various state parliaments and parliamentary groups.
